Pamela Roa

Pam has worn many hats in her time serving with Camp Douglas. She is married to one of our previous directors, Daniel (Chico) Martinez, and so has spent several summers living at camp as part of the team. She took over as our Administrator in 2021, and in 2024, her role was expanded to include our bookkeeping and financials.

Originally from Chile, Pam now lives in Duncan with Daniel and their children, Noelia and Felipe. If you’re lucky, she might make you some of her delicious Brazo de Reina!
