2026 Team Applications are now open!

We are so excited to announce that applications to work / volunteer at Camp Douglas 2026 are now open! Below are...

Interested in serving at camp this summer?

Camp Douglas is made possible thanks to the talents and generosity of young adult leaders - both paid and voluntary.
If you are aged 17 or older, and are dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for our campers this summer, we would love for you to apply to join our team!

Application process (links below):

  1. Please read Our Values and Requirements
  2. Fill out and submit the Online Application Form
  3. Ask some references (your employer, church leader etc) to fill out the Online Reference Form
  4. We will let you know if we would like to call you for an interview. Interviews will be held online.
  5. Any Camp Douglas staff member or volunteer must complete a Criminal Record Check before the camp season begins. All staff members must attend all pre-season training sessions (both online and in person)
